1. Email Subscriptions

How can I unsubscribe?

 

The “unsubscribe” option is set at the bottom of each email we send. You can click the “unsubscribe” and follow the instructions to unsubscribe.

 

Applying any changes may take 48 hours. We will continue to send you e-mail about your shipment, delivery and order information regardless of your email subscription.

 

2.Login Issue

Why can’t I log into my account?

 

When you are unable to log in to your account, please follow the steps below:

 

1) First, double check your account and password before filling in. In most cases, login fails because you have entered an incorrect email address or password.

 

2) If you have made several failed attempts, you can choose to reset your password. Click “Registry” in the upper right corner of our home page, enter your email address, and then click “reset password”, we will send you a password reset link to your email. Return to your mailbox, and create a new password through the password reset link.

 

If you can’t find our email, please check your spam folder.

 

3.Delete My account

Can I delete my account?

 

The personal account cannot be deleted. If necessary, please contact customer care.

 

Please note that after your account is closed, any notice from our system will not be sent to you, including but not limited to latest deals, updates on your order, tracking information, etc.

 

4.Change/Update Email Address

How to change my email address?

 

Sorry, we don’t support changing or updating the customer’s e-mail address at present. Please double check whether the e-mail address is correct before registering.

 

If necessary, you can:

 

If you have not placed an order or your previous order has been completed, you can contact customer care to delete your account first. Then a new account can be created with your new email address.

 

If orders has not been finished, please mark your order number. We can help you delete your original account after your orders finish. Then a new account can be created with a new email address.

 

5.Password Reset

How to reset password?

 

To reset the password, follow these steps:

 

1) Sign in your account.

 

2) Click “Account Setting”-"Update Password", enter verification code that you received with you email address and new password,  then "Apply Changes". Then you can log in with this new password.
