Step 1:
Log into "My Account"
Click on "My Orders"
Step 2:
In "My Orders", you can get an overview of your order history.
Choose the order you want to view.
Click on "View/ Edit Details" for more information.
Step 3:
In "View/ Edit Details", you can check all your order details.
If your order is "shipped", choose "Track" to check the current status of your package.
Email Notification:
Within 1-2 business days after your package is shipped, we will send you an email with all the tracking information. If not, please contact our Customer Care for more information.
Estimated Delivery Date:
(1) Estimated delivery time is made up of processing time and shipping time.
(2) Processing time may take 7-10 business days.
(3) For holidays, processing time may take longer. We will email you in advance.
(4) An Estimated Delivery Date will be sent to your email once you place the order. Please note that estimated delivery dates vary depending on the size of the item, your selected shipping methods, and your address.
(5) For small parcels eligible for Express Air shipping service, the estimated delivery date shows when the item will arrive at your home.
(6) For large parcels only eligible for Economic Delivery (Ocean Shipping), the estimated arrival date shows when the item will get to your local courier. After that, a local delivery agent will contact you to set up an exact delivery date.
Tracking Information Updates:
(1) The tracking number will not be updated until the item is fetched by the courier company.
(2) It will take up to 24 hours to update tracking status for unpredictable circumstances, including but not limited to custom clearance, delayed flight, delayed delivery, and extreme weather conditions.
